<p>The most common type of cancer in cats is Lymphoma, which accounts for almost 33% of cat cancers. While lymphoma shares the same cellular breakdown as all cat cancers, new methods for treating immune disease indicate that gastrointestinal lymphomas’ may be preventable. And if it is, well.</p>
<p>GI Lymphoma in cats is often associated with Inflammatory Bowel Disease, or IBD. IBD in cats is a group of gastrointestinal disorders that develop as a result of inflammation along the lining of the intestinal tract. Chronic vomiting and or diarrhea are the most common symptoms; at the time of diagnosis, the exact cause is often unknown. Unresolved food allergies and food sensitivities contribute to immune system dysfunction.</p>
<p>Chronic vomiting or diarrhea frequently go unnoticed. Depending on the severity, intestinal wall inflammation develops. It can result in any number of chronic illnesses in cats. Chronic inflammation causes scar tissue to develop along the lining of the intestine. Advanced stages manifest as IBD. This scar tissue is a breeding ground for abnormal cell growth, which in turn often becomes GI Lymphoma in cats.</p>
<p>If you take your cat to a conventionally trained vet that does not specialize in the use of natural therapies, you will likely come home with steroids for the inflammation and antibiotics to kill any pathogens. A better approach is to find a vet that specializes in natural therapies. They, too, might incorporate medication, but their first course of action is to utilize natural remedies like probiotics, soothing agents and herbal anti–inflammatories.</p>

<p>In times of stress or illness, the good bacteria in the gut die off quicker. It doesn’t take much of a die-off to upset the delicate balance between good and bad bacteria. This imbalance soon manifests in the form of diarrhea or vomiting. The greater the imbalance toward bad bacteria, the greater likelihood of your cats’ immune system weakening, thereby setting the stage for chronic vomiting and diarrhea, and more serious illnesses like cat lymphoma.</p>

<p>Drinking your eight glasses a day: the skinny on bottled water brands.</p>
<p>We’ve all known for years about the recommended eight glasses of water a day. Many people gasp at the thought of downing eight glasses of water each and every day. I don’t like water! It tastes terrible!. As a result, many people fudge, rationalizing that soda pop is mostly water anyway.</p>
<p>Others, who say they hate the taste of water, opt for bottled water brands, for a variety of reasons. Now, this water tastes good! Bottled water brands seem just a bit superior and surely must be healthier than that nemesis of our taste buds that flows from the faucet. So what’s the skinny? Are bottled water brands better for you? Are they really so tasty?</p>
<p>The doctor’s recommendation to drink water, not soda pop, is based on the fact that plain water contains nothing to interfere with the simple objective of keeping our bodies hydrated, flushing toxins through the body, keeping the kidneys working well and so on. Plain water also doesn’t pose any digestive repercussions, such as burping at just the wrong moment. Yet, most of us ignore this common sense advice.</p>
<p>There have been a number of ‘blind taste tests’ conducted over the years, lining up unsuspecting consumers to take a few sips of unmarked water products and then give their opinion on which tasted best. The guy and gal on the street are offered several cups of water and then asked which rang their bells and which were just yucky. The results of these investigations have been consistent and surprising.</p>
<p>The people who swore up and down that plain tap water was unacceptable, most often named the municipal water ‘best of class’. Some devotees of particular bottled water brands declared that very water to ‘taste like toilet water’! (How do they know??!!)</p>
<p>Bottled water is undeniably big business. Americans spend billions of dollars on bottled water brands each year. Are we just fooling ourselves? Are we simply rebelling against all the healthiness being forced into our diets? Perhaps not. Let’s look at the different categories of bottled water and then, you decide.</p>
<p>Water is regulated by the FDA, classified as a food product. Next time you shop for water at the grocery, read the labels. There’s purified water, drinking water, natural water, naturally carbonated water, carbonated water, flavored water, tonic water, spring, sterile, distilled, artesian and artesian well water. Who would have thought? What’s your favorite?</p>
<p>Purified, drinking, sterile and distilled waters are derived from municipal water sources and, according to FDA definitions, ‘not substantially altered’. The bottom line here is that it’s tap water. Here I thought these many years that distilled water was only for my iron!</p>
<p>Natural, naturally carbonated, artesian and artesian well waters come from underwater springs which contain minerals and trace elements not made or modified in a factory.</p>
<p>The message is, get your eight a day. How much you pay for that taste is up to you.</p>

<p>Of late, people are becoming more conscious of the wellbeing of their body health. As a result of the rising number of health problems, many people have decided to alter their lifestyle pertaining healthy living so that they do not fall casualty to these ailments. For your body to function at its most favorable condition, it has to take delivery of the right kind of foods. This is why healthy foods are becoming a sort after trend. You should avoid eating foods that do not add value to your body.Health foods can be classified into four major categories.</p>
<p>Proteins - These are some of the components that are found in food that help the body to grow and repair any damage to the tissue. They are sometimes referred to as body building foods. They are mainly found in animal products like meat and milk and also in pulses such as beans. Care should be taken when you consume these foods because they are not easily digested. There are some foods that contain protein that you should avoid because of their high cholesterol content. These include foods such as red meat and chicken skin that have a lot of fat. An alternative for these can be fish and lean meat. Vegetarians do not have to worry as they can get their protein from the many legumes available.</p>
<p>Carbohydrates include foods like grains like pasta, rice, wheat, potatoes and cassavas that supply the body with the fuel that it requires staying in operation. Sources of carbohydrates include whole grain foods as opposed to refined; these are foods like whole wheat bread, brown rice, and foods that have not been purified.</p>
<p>Vitamins - These are important because they protect the body from infections. They are derived from fruits and vegetables. For each day you are advised to take about five servings of fruit. If you want to lose some weight, you are advised to eat lots of fruit. This is because they give the body the energy it needs and at the same time giving you a feeling of fullness therefore you will not eat as much. Some people decide to take vitamin supplements but remember these are not as effective as the natural ones. This is because they do not have the natural vitamin. When you cook these foods, their nutritive value is destroyed.</p>
<p>Fiber - This is what the body uses to digest food and prevent constipation. It also helps against colon cancer. A good example is cabbage. The next time you sit down to have a meal, take note of its nutritive value.</p>

</p>
<p>A:  It can&#8217;t be defined for everyone any more than &#8220;artist&#8221; or &#8220;spiritual&#8221; can be defined for everyone.  There are as many ways it can be done as there are people.</p>
<p>We can characterize a spiritual scientist, however, by some COMMON BEHAVIORS.  You don’t need all of these to call yourself a spiritual scientist; you do need at least one of them:</p>
<p>- Solution-oriented, focus on solutions, not problems.</p>
<p>- Willingness to ask for spiritual assistance, ask for Light, for grace.</p>
<p>- Grateful for assistance offered, no matter where it comes from.  Gracious in saying “no” to unwanted assistance.</p>
<p>- Willingness to use the scientific method, as much as possible in solving problems and health issues.</p>
<p>- Interest in expanding Imagination, Intuition and Inspiration.</p>
<p>- High willingness to heal on personal issues.  This keeps practitioners real, keeps us human.</p>
<p>- Attends to and spends time upgrading personal habits on all levels</p>
<p>- Willingness to track personal behavior.  Tracking or counting personal behaviors can be used two ways.  Tracking can be used to count positive behaviors with the goal of increasing these behaviors on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Tracking can also be used to count negative behaviors with the intention to extinguish unwanted habits and behaviors.  Negative behaviors are tracked towards minimizing them.</p>
</p>
<p>The most common form of tracking is a food journal diet journal:  what did I eat; when did I eat it, and how much?  Tracking is a very powerful tool for personal and professional goals.</p>
</p>
<p>Physical tracking sheets, if used, are simply tools to make the tracking of behavior more obvious and easy.</p>
<p>- Listening for the questions Life is asking us, listening for Life&#8217;s challenges.</p>
<p>- Uses a tool box of self-healing &#8220;tools.&#8221;  These are approaches, lists, methods and techniques for staying balanced.  A tool box is also useful for addressing negativity you wish to clear on yourself.  A tool box does not prevent us from backsliding or falling down.  It helps us get back up quicker.</p>
<p>- Enjoys testing, experimenting, double-checking and exploring both within the inner worlds of their own psyche; and, in the outer realms of God&#8217;s body.</p>
<p>- A spiritual scientist learns to expect miracles, surprises and aid from unexpected directions.</p>
<p>Walk no path that does not have love it<br />
at the beginning, on the way, and at the end.</p>

<p>With the cost of life’s necessities including food shooting up almost daily, learning to grow your own vegetables can be a smart choice.  Growing a vegetable garden can be undertaken quickly and easily.  Not only will it save you money, you can be assured of high quality, fresh vegetables that you know your family will enjoy.</p>
<p>Starting a vegetable garden isn’t difficult, but it will take some attention and time. By following some guidelines, however, you will soon be well on your way. If you have never had a vegetable garden before, you may find it easier to start on a small scale or even try container gardening.  In this way, you can get used to how plants grow.  You can also familiarize yourself with the amount of work you will need to do.</p>
<p>To be able to grow your own vegetables, you should locate your vegetable garden in an area that gets six to eight hours of direct sunlight each day.  A spot near the house may be desirable, but consider any shade or trees that might block out the sun.</p>
<p>Your soil may play a big part in determining how difficult it is to make things grow in your vegetable garden.  If you have poor soil, there are a number of ways to improve it.  One way is to mix in some organic compost.  You should do this at least two or three weeks before you begin planting.</p>
<p>The soil used in your vegetable garden must be able to provide the right drainage to keep your plants growing well. Retaining too much moisture in the soil and garden can cause your plants to be waterlogged and die. Digging ditches around the garden or installing an agricultural tile drain is a smart choice to enhance drainage.</p>
<p>For your vegetable garden, you first need seeds.  These can be purchased in garden stores, via catalogs, and online. Many seed companies carry a variety of vegetable seeds from dwarf varieties suitable for container gardening to heirloom seeds for vigorous vegetable gardens. A proven stock is a  wise purchase for greater success to grow your own vegetables.</p>
<p>Knowing exactly where you will be placing each plant is something that you should keep in mind.  In order to keep things straight you can place markers to help remind you. You also want to make sure that they are placed evenly apart but not too close so that they crowd each other and fail to thrive.</p>

<p>Someone who is a healthy eater, whether organics, vegetarian or the likes, requires becoming both educated and smart about what &#8220;health foods&#8221; and &#8220;eating right&#8221; actually means. Being food smart is not just about learning to determine your daily fat intake, studying every single food container label for the Nutritional Facts briefing and guesstimating your calorie intake for the day all based on biased studies.</p>
<p>Being a Health Nut or someone who is a healthy eater takes knowing that it is all about balanced and moderate eating, consisting of good, healthy meals at least three times per day and supplemental nutrients.  Contrary to what some non-vegetarian or strictly meat and potatoes kinda people think, there are lots of different types of foods that are available to eat.</p>
<p>Have you ever been asked, &#8220;well then, what do you eat if you don&#8217;t eat meat&#8221;?</p>
<p>There really is so much that could be eaten that is not meat or eggs or dairy, and to think vegetarians only eat lettuce and similar foods is pretty funny. This is not to say though, that sometimes it can be difficult, especially depending on how strict of a vegan or other health freak you are. When you boil it all down, were all pretty much freaks anyway.</p>
<p>Eating to be healthy and have your body run optimally does require a bit of discipline, especially if you were not raised that way. And, for some people, not eating meat may not be a good idea to begin with. Not everyone&#8217;s body can adjust to these eating guidelines. Plus, not everyone&#8217;s body should. There are people who are just not supposed to be vegetarians and vice versa.  Besides, you might start eating too much or, worse, not enough. Consuming foods that are more nutritious and consuming foods that are less nutritious can have dramatic effects on your body: some of them you may not even notice right away!</p>
<p>However, it is very important that you always fuel your body (and your brain) regularly, with enough nutritious foods to keep you optimally running strong and alert.</p>
<p>Eating Right For Your Blood Type is a great book that everyone should reference. It could possibly answer some questions for you that you might have. You may choose not to live by it as law, but it could add some much needed validation for you, a friend or a family member. Being a vegetarian or health conscious eater can be a great problem solver too.  Healthier eaters have learned to take care of themselves by paying attention to what goes in&#8230;and what comes out. When eating with an educated judgment, as opposed to just eating what might taste good, or be convenient, it becomes simpler and easier to continue to make wise eating decisions.  Healthy people are usually healthy eaters and are always aware of what they eat. They know the effects that junk food and processed and modified food ingredients can, and will, have on their bodies both long term and short term.</p>
<p>Taking control of your eating habits is very similar to your other habits. If you are out of control with any areas in your life, it is very easy for other areas of your life to get out of balance as well.  Imbalances with eating are similar to other imbalances like, money, relationships, sleep habits and work habits, just to name a few. Improper eating habits and consumption of unhealthy foods can affect all of these and more. Remember, many doctors are not trained in this area. Research is out there and it is mostly up to you to find it!</p>
<p>Take into consideration, too, that eliminating certain foods from your daily diet because of taste, color or looks is not a great way to judge what you eat. Many very healthy super foods can be bitter or pungent in smell and taste, but they will do wonders for you. You acquired a taste for everything that you eat now, why not acquire a taste for stuff that is good for you too?</p>
<p>Vegetarianism and veganism are definitly a way of life. They are lifestyles that, when done correctly with proper education, you can do to enhance your mind, body, spirit and pretty much your entire lifestyle.  Surely you&#8217;ve thought about it or are considering it if you are reading this. Or, maybe you are already a very healthy eater looking for more insight on others who also eat well and live better lives because of it. Either way, making your life better with healthy eating habits is just a beginning to an overall healthy life.  It can make life a whole lot easier for you and those that you care about when you do it right.</p>
<p>Here are some tips on changing how you eat. As you are probably aware, not getting the right fuel in your body in the form of nutrients can affect your overall fitness and wellness levels. Even while following a health conscious plan, it is important to be educated in food, nutrition and exercise. There are many myths that can and will hinder your efforts if you let them.</p>
<p>Following are some myths about healthy eating that I found:</p>
<ul>
<li>Working out on an empty stomach.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you hear a rumbling noise in your stomach, the rumbling is actually saying something to you.  Not listening to your body will cause problems later. Without listening to a hungry stomach, regardless of what you heard, you are forcing your body to run without any fuel.  There are ways to burn fat, but this is not one of them. Always have at least a light snack before you exercise or do any physical activities.</p>
<ul>
<li>Relying on energy bars, sports drinks and pick-me-up energy pills.</li>
</ul>
<p>They maybe fine occasionally, but they are not substitutes for real food with real nutrients and antioxidants. Eating fresh, healthy, real fruits and vegetables are always going to be your best bet. They are loaded with many important and vital nutrients, vitamins, minerals, real sugars and necessary fibers.</p>
<ul>
<li>Skipping breakfast.</li>
</ul>
<p>I used to do this and it was really a bad idea. Skipping breakfast is never a good idea, it starts your day.  Your body needs fuel when it gets up as soon as possible, and without it, you&#8217;ll be hungry and more likely to be snacking on junk throughout the day.</p>
<ul>
<li>The low carb diet thing.</li>
</ul>
<p>Your body has to have carbohydrates in order for your muscles to form correctly and the proper storing of energy.  Remember, there are good carbs and bad carbs. Going without the good carbs can be bad business for your health.</p>
<ul>
<li>Flat out just eating what ever you want and feel like.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Alls-Good Pass is not a healthy choice either. Just because you are eating healthy and doing some exercising doesn&#8217;t mean you should go and eat anything you want.  Maintaining good habits and moderation is really the key to a good healthy lifestyle. We all need nutrients and exercise in daily doses.</p>
<ul>
<li>Not enough calories</li>
</ul>
<p>Although losing weight does involve calories, losing them too quickly is never a safe plan.  What you should do, according to some more knowledgable sources, is aim for a pound or two a week.  Always ensure that you are getting enough calories to keep your body operating smoothly.  Dropping weight too fast can harm other parts of your body.</p>
<ul>
<li>Skip the soda&#8217;s, high fructose energy drinks and alcohol.</li>
</ul>
<p>Water and juice are the best drinks for active people.  If you&#8217;re craving the bubbly, combine some sparkeling mineral water and your favorite juice. It tastes great and contains less chemicals for your body to try and deal with. You should drink lots of water daily. Eight glasses or more a day. Don&#8217;t rely on feeling thirsty to be an sufficint indicator for having some water.  Once you start feeling thirsty, your body is already running too low.</p>
<p>Simple steps and daily habits can really help your overall life. Starting to modify how you eat is always an excellant step towards a truely healthy lifestyle that you will be able to enjoy for many more years, considering it will, undoubetly, improve your expected lifespan. Plus, it will affect how your body performs.  The better and healthier you eat, the better you&#8217;ll feel.  Regardless of your age, healthy eating habits are something you should strive for daily.  Once you get going, and feel the difference, you&#8217;ll less likely change to anything else but a healthy life with great healthy eating habits. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">Could it be diseases in our body come from negativity we are holding onto in our psyche?</p>
<p>Could it be if we do not handle vague negative impressions, they become negative ideas and beliefs about ourself?</p>
<p>Could it be if we do not handle negative impressions and beliefs, they become negative feelings?</p>
<p>Could it be if we don&#8217;t acknowledge address and handle our unhealthy feelings, they become negative pictures, anticipations and expectations?</p>
<p>Could it be if we do not redirect our catastrophic fantasies and negative self-talk, it manifests as a physical symptom?</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the short course in how negativity affects us, the traditional metaphysical way of thinking about how we become ill.  Disturbances in our higher frequency bodies trickle down into our lower frequency bodies.  Ultimately&#8211;if unchecked&#8211;they trickle all the way down into our lowest frequency body, the physical and we get disease symptoms.</p>
<p>This is why people say, &#8220;Illness is Nature&#8217;s last ditch attempt to get our attention.&#8221;</p>
<p>Q:  Wow.  We certainly don&#8217;t get education on this in our schools &amp; colleges.  How do we talk about this kind of negativity?</p>
<p>A:  We have useful language for this in the topic of psychosomatic medicine, how mental and emotional issues connect to physical symptoms.  Rational-Emotive-Behavioral-Therapy (REBT), Psych-K and Theta all demonstrate how faulty beliefs and mental allegiances are powerfully active in our psyche.  We feel much better when we turn these around and clear them up.  The most recent big expansion of language in psychosomatic medicine was Caroline Myss&#8217;s book, Why People Don&#8217;t Heal, about why people hold onto their diseases sub- and unconsciously.</p>
<p>Freshman year in college is the natural age to teach these concepts for life-long health.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Three Selves can be taught in high school.  Why isn’t this done?  Adequate and sufficient language to teach young minds about life-long mental health requires at least a rudimentary appreciation of the logic of Spiritual Geography.  This points to a major educational deficit and teacher training deficit.  These things take decades to change.  See the Resource Box for a link to a version I like.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s turn this around:  What is health?</p>
<p>Cells in our bodies are like babies. When birth outcomes are good, babies are born without cancer, arthritis, heart disease.  In the same way cells born from healthy organs are born happy and healthy. Cells know how to be happy and healthy all on their own, just like a baby who is not otherwise disturbed.  Health is their natural condition.</p>
<p>This idea that cells know how to be healthy was demonstrated in the Chicken heart tissue kept alive in nutrient fluid as long as the fluid was changed daily to remove waste products.</p>
<p>In 1912, Carrel took tissue from the heart of a chicken embryo to demonstrate that warm-blooded cells could be kept alive in the lab indefinitely. This tissue, inaccurately depicted as a growing, throbbing chicken heart by some newspapers, was kept alive for thirty-four years &#8212; outliving Carrel himself, before it was deliberately terminated. The WORLD TELEGRAM, a New York newspaper, annually marked the so-called chicken heart&#8217;s &#8220;birthday&#8221; each January (from a PBS website).</p>
<p>What pulls down healthy cell function is the negativity we hold onto in our psyche.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We can hold onto negatively consciously, sub-consciously and unconsciously.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Our cells respond to and absorb our emotions.  Our negative emotions impinge on cell function, burden our cells and reduce their ability to be happy and healthy.  An optimally healthy cell is a cell unburdened by negativity&#8211;just like any baby.</p>
<p>WHY cells absorb our negative emotions has to do with how cells support the soul, a topic for another day.</p>

<p>Writing an article and putting it on your website or blog is always going to be a great idea. Especially if you are looking for ways to increase your chances of being found somewhere out here in the web.</p>
<p>Keeping that in mind, there is also ways that we can magnify this process to an unbelievable degree, but it does take some desire, drive and dedication.</p>
<p>In a nutshell, here is what you do: Let other people use your articles, along with your author bio or byline (critical), which will tell visitors who wrote it and how they can contact or find <strong>you</strong>, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">on their website</span>.</p>
<p>Now how powerful is that?</p>
<p>This is going to help in promoting your website, give you incoming links <strong>and</strong> it is going to bring you visitors (also called traffic, clients, prospects, etc.) all through the SEO efforts and promotional strategies of other webmasters, ezine writers and bloggers. Also, and a very key component here, this is going to help you become recognized as an expert in your particular field or niche.</p>
<p>What this means to you: Targeted, Free, Leveraged marketing and more qualified traffic to your website.</p>
<p>What did you do for it:  You wrote a quick article (400 - 700 words is average) about a subject that you are already familiar with.</p>
<p>Where this gets exciting is: More and more people will begin to use your articles as content on their websites as you:</p>

<li>Write more targeted, relevant and quality articles.</li>
<li>Submit your articles to article directories that are set up for this type of process.</li>
<li>Submit to multiple article directories.</li>

<ol style="margin-top: 0in;" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Orientation to service, although their service may take a variety of forms and expressions.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Stimulates Spirit in all they contact from other people to lower life forms.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Brings through a particular line of energy – usually working on a specific ray. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Stimulates higher consciousness in others through teaching, writing, and mere contact. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Actively working to raise the earth, by stimulating the Beings of the Elements, helping to release world karma and in many other ways.</span></li>
</ol>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Not all of these activities will be conscious, but merely the result of a life dedicated to God and the Plan, even though these particular terms may never cross their lips.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As you can see such individuals are not seen or measured by ordinary standards, but by the quality of their actions and existence.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">If you’re reading this you are either an initiate or an initiate-in-training.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This is a bit misleading, for every initiate, regardless of his or her status, is in training for the next level.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Examples:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Albert Schweitzer – a devout Christian and medical doctor, he devoted his life to giving medical help to the poor of Africa.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">George Washington Carver – As a scientist he worked to bring through insights and evolution in agriculture.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Buckminster Fuller – architect, scientist, engineer, a true Renaissance man.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Mother Teresa – Catholic nun committed to serving the poor and sick of India.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">SM – a mother and housewife, who committed to supporting a specific line of service via guarding and using extra-ordinary inner sight to assist in the invocation and evocation of Spiritual energies to release planetary karma.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-indent: 0.5in;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">A key feature of all of these individuals is a dedication to their purpose, with little concern for notoriety.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Even though some of these are well known, most initiates work in the shadows, for it is more difficult to accomplish much in the lime-light.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-indent: 0.5in;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">The question is, where do you stand and what actions are you taking to serve.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It matters little what you do as long as you are making an effort.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>If you are groping with the inevitable question “what is my purpose?” you cannot let this obstruct or be an excuse for inaction.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The only way to find your purpose is to take action.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We are not given a road map up-front anyway.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It unfolds as we move forward from day-to-day.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Ever try steering a car when it’s standing still?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>You must be moving to open up the opportunities and changes that will bring you to your purpose.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We have found we don’t always know where we’re going until we look back in retrospect.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>So waiting to get the message won’t be accepted as an excuse. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-indent: 0.5in;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The first job of the initiate is to grow, but the catch is that the best and most effective way to grow is to serve.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Techniques and methods of service are readily available, but the daily actions and orientation are up to you.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
